A large sample of games was
crunched to establish the average values of certain events in
the exchange blackjack game. The figures are:
Busts-0.99 per game
Blackjacks-0.23 per
game
21s(including blackjacks)-0.54
per game
Value 10 cards-4.25 per
game
Value 1 to 9 cards-1.07 per
game
And for the number of value 10
cards:
1-0.03 per game
2-0.1 per game
3-0.19
4-0.25
5-0.23
6-0.13
7-0.06
8-0.01
9-<0.01
All the above averages are
incorporated in the spreadsheet’s evaluation table at the
bottom, which gives the absolute value (number with 2 decimal
places) of the deviation from the average, 0 being
neutral.
So from left to right in the
screenshot, 1 to 10 is the counts of cards with values of 1 to
10 respectively. Another set of numbers follows (non bold
font)-1 to 9, that is expanded view of the value 10 card
counter, with clear visual identification of runs/sequences.
Last 3 rows are count of busts (Bt), Blackjacks (Bj) and 21s
including blackjacks (21). 3 different colours are used
to highlight the cells, depending on the value in the
cell-green, darker green and orange.
